A special Member´s Day will be held on The Lavender Line in Isfield, East Sussex, on Sunday 31st July. This will be your first opportunity to inspect 60122, the power car (DMBS) from unit 1123 (205 023), in close up since she was outshopped from Rampart Engineering, and to sign up to help with the on-going restoration.
The day will commence at 11am. It will be a good idea to wear work clothing and suitable footwear (eg boots), as we will be working on 60122 during the day. 60122 is currently stored in the yard at Isfield, and is easily accessible from the station car-park. However, we ask that no members enter the yard unless accompanied by a H&SUPS Council Member. This requirement is a condition of our tenancy at Isfield, which must not be broken under any circumstances.

Dave Harris has put together a Project Plan outlining the work that needs to be done to complete the restoration. Hopefully, this will be updated regularly to show progress.
