H&SUPS AGM
An Annual General Meeting of the Hampshire and Sussex Units Preservation Society Limited will be held at
1:00pm on 31st March 2007 at Isfield Station, on the Lavender Line

The main purpose of this meeting is to finalise the future of our DEMU power car 60122, and of H&SUPS.
The intention is to debate and agree the appropriate resolutions at the AGM. These will then be circulated by post for the full membership
to vote upon, within two weeks of the AGM. If you are unable to attend, please notify David Start by post of any specific resolutions
that you would like tabled for discussion.

Resolutions for Debate
The membership of H&SUPS is fully absorbed into the membership of The Lavender Line, with the minimum membership
term being on a like-for-like basis (minimum term 1 year, maximum term life membership).
A body comprising of ex-H&SUPS members is elected to control the disbursement of the remaining H&SUPS funds.
A body comprising of ex-H&SUPS and current Lavender Line members is elected to manage any future movement, restoration, conversion,
spares retrieval from, and potential future sale of 60122.
A 'one-off' payment is made from the remaining H&SUPS funds to Mr Davis Start, against the balance outstanding of the private
loan made by Mr David Start.
H&SUPS as a private limited company is wound up.
